Each of the Group's developments will be managed in-house by Park7 Management, but the firm also offers its industry-leading suite of property and asset management services to other owners.  Park7 Management's services include:

  • Hire, train, and set guidelines for all property-level employees
  • Collect revenues and security deposits, make timely payments of all operating expenses, and disburse excess cash to owner
  • Re-brand property or further develop current brand
  • Establish and coordinate marketing and leasing programs
  • Create budgets for capital improvements and operational expenses
  • Conduct market surveys on a weekly basis to refine pricing strategy
  • Complete all regular and preventative maintenance
  • Implement a property management and accounting software package that is specifically tailored to the unique needs of the student housing industry
  • Provide any regular or ad hoc reporting as requested
