An overview of Park7 Management LLC’s (“Park7,” “We,” “Our,” “Us”) Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is provided below. This Privacy Policy applies to your use of any online services (e.g., website, software, or mobile app, and certain e-mails we send) (hereinafter “Website”) that directed you to this Policy, regardless of how you access or use it. By visiting or otherwise using the Website, you agree to the Terms of Use and consent to Park7’s data collection, use, and disclosure practices, and other activities as described in this Policy, and any additional privacy statements that may be posted on an applicable part of the Website. If you do not agree and consent, please discontinue use of the Website, and uninstall any and all related downloads and applications.
Park7 is committed to conduct operations in compliance with laws and regulations on data protection. This Policy sets forth the principles that are followed by Park7 to protect the personal data and privacy of Park7’s customers, business partners, employees, stakeholders and other interested persons, collected via this website or related platforms (“Website”). Your information helps Park7 provide and improve our services offered, communicate with you, serve advertising and offers to you, and operate Park7’s business. This Policy does not apply to our data collection activities offline or otherwise outside of the Websites (unless otherwise stated below or at the time of collection). For certain services, there may be additional notices about information practices and choices, which you should review.
In this Policy, the term Personal Data means any information concerning an identified or identifiable individual (the Individual), as follows:
Contact information: including but not limited to personal information such as first and last name, email address, date of birth, employer, phone number (personal/work), physical address (personal/work), job title, account name, social security number, driver’s license number, state ID number, passport number, VISA number;
Marketing preferences and customer service interactions: Marketing preferences; responses to voluntary surveys;
Operational data: Transactions, sales, purchases, leases, uses, supplier information, credentials to online services and Websites, and electronic content produced by Individuals using company systems.
Bank account and credit card information for online payments;
Information to deliver and improve Park7’s services;
Your options regarding promotional communications;
This may include use of cookies and other technologies to keep track of your interactions with the Websites, to serve you with ads on third-party services, and to offer you a more personalized and relevant experience.
Personal Data does not include information that is publicly available, de-identified, or aggregated. If you post or otherwise divulge Personal Data, documents, files or any other information to any public area of the Website, said Personal Data, documents, files or any other information will thereafter be considered “public” and will be accessible by anyone, including Park7. Unless otherwise explicitly agreed by us, Personal Data documents, files or any other information included or transmitted via the Website is not subject to Park7’s usage or sharing limitations, or other obligations, under this Policy, and may be used and shared by Park7, an affiliate, and third parties to the fullest extent not prohibited by applicable law.
The expression Process or Processing denotes the collection, transfer, use, disclosure, retention, erasure and any other operation which is performed on Personal Data.
This Policy applies to all employees of Park7 and those who have permanent and regular access to Personal Data, or who are involved in the collection of Personal Data or in the development of tools used to Process Personal Data (Staff). These are typically residential and commercial real estate property managers and property owners who manage the leasing lifecycle and facilitate communication with their end users and residents (End Users).
Privacy Principles
Park7 commits to the following privacy principles when Processing Personal Data:
- We give fair and transparent notice when collecting Personal Data
When Personal Data is collected, the Individual shall be given fair notice, providing relevant information such as who we are, the categories of Personal Data collected, the purpose of collection and the Individual’s data protection rights.
- We only Process Personal Data for specific and legitimate business purposes
Personal Data shall only be Processed for a specific and legitimate business purpose and/or to meet a local regulatory or legal requirement. We will, in particular, only Process Personal Data that is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purpose for which it is collected and used.
- We Process Personal Data fairly and lawfully
Personal Data shall only be Processed (i) based on the Individual’s consent given in a clear, freely granted and informed manner and/or to the extent necessary (ii) for the performance of a contract, (iii) to comply with a legal requirement or (iv) for a legitimate interest of the Park7, an affiliate, a third party or the Individual themself.
- We manage Personal Data properly
Reasonable steps shall be taken to ensure that Personal Data is accurate, up‐to‐date in view of the purposes of the Processing and retained for only so long as appropriate for the purpose for which it was collected, unless applicable laws and regulations provide for a longer retention period.
- We protect Personal Data against unauthorized and unlawful Processing and damage
Appropriate technical and organizational measures shall be taken against unauthorized Processing
and/or accidental loss, destruction, alteration and misuse of Personal Data.
- We take adequate safeguards when Personal Data is Processed by third parties
Before Personal Data is shared with third parties (namely licensees, agents, service providers, affiliates, contractors and distributors) and/or transferred to third parties (including through remote access), it shall be ensured that the recipient provides an adequate level of Personal Data protection as required by the laws and regulations that are applicable to Park7.
- We Process sensitive Personal Data with additional care
The Processing of Personal Data relating to religious, political or trade union‐related views or activities as well as Personal Data on health, the intimate sphere, the racial origin, social security measures, administrative or criminal offences, proceedings or sanctions is subject to additional safeguards and shall only be permissible if required for compliance with applicable laws or regulations or expressly consented by the Individual.
- We respect the rights of Individuals and treat their requests appropriately
Upon request from the Individual, within the statutory deadline, (i) access shall be given to the Personal Data on her/him that is held by Park7 and (ii) said Personal Data shall be rectified, erased or blocked, unless applicable laws and regulations permit Park7 to refuse or only partially comply with the request.
- Compliance and Support
Each Staff shall comply with this Policy, watch out for, and immediately report, any potential or observed breach of this Policy or applicable data protection laws and regulations to the Data Protection Responsible. This is important to enable Park7 to properly react and defend itself against data breaches, and to comply with legal reporting obligations concerning such breaches. Park7 shall ensure that adequate resource is provided to maintain compliance with this Policy.
What Information We Collect and Why
Park7 collects Personal Data in various ways, such as when you: enter into a lease, transaction or contractual arrangement with us; provide us with your Personal Data via the website; participate in our programs or activities (e.g., our contests, online webinars); provide Personal Data at events; visit our facilities; contact our customer service; or make any inquiries and communications with us (hereinafter collectively “Services”). We also collect Personal Data from other sources, including publicly-accessible databases and joint marketing partners. Your background will indicate which information or Personal Data is necessary in order for us to provide any requested Services to you at the point of collection. If you do not provide the information requested, we may not be able to provide the Services. If you disclose any Personal Data relating to other people to us in connection with the Services, you represent that you have the authority to do so.
We also collect data through our Website, such as browser and device information, application usage data, information collected through cookies, pixel tags and other similar technologies, and IP addresses. We also use cookies and similar technologies on our Website.
“Do Not Track” Notice: “Do Not Track” is a preference that you can set in your browser to let websites you visit know that you do not want them collecting certain information about you. Park7 does not currently respond to, or honor, Do Not Track signals or requests from your browser.
Automatically Collected Technological Information
Park7, its service providers, and/or affiliates may automatically collect information about you when you access or use the Website. This may include your IP address, device name, browser type, operating system, information about your use of the Website, and other data regarding the hardware (e.g., tablet, computer or mobile device). Except to the extent required by applicable law, this information is not considered to be Personal Data.
Information We Collect From Other Sources
Park7 may also obtain information about you from other sources, including service providers, third-parties and affiliates. This information obtained from third parties is not considered to be Personal Data, except to the extent such data is combined with Personal Data as defined herein, Park7 specifically denies all liability related to the alleged accuracy of the information provided by third parties or via the policies or practices of others.
How We Use Personal Information
We use Personal Information for the following purposes:
- Communicating with Individuals, Staff, End Users or other persons for the purpose of our legitimate interest, including any and all property management tools and Websites. This includes:
Informing you about our various properties, services and solutions, and providing access to our Websites where you enter into an agreement with us;
Providing back-end access to Websites for Staff;
Tracking and responding to your inquiries or correspondence regarding our services;
Administering your account(s);
Providing and improving our customer service;
Facilitating communications generally in the context of our business activities;
Sending administrative information to Staff, such as changes to our terms, conditions and policies. Enforcing our Terms of Use and any other contractual terms and conditions that govern the relationship between you and Park7.
- Operating our business for the purpose of our legitimate interest. This includes:
Process your registration and manage your account.
Transact with you, provide services or information you request, respond to your comments, questions and requests, serve you content and/or advertising, and send you notices;
Analyzing and improving the safety and security of our services;
Supporting internal Park7 operations;
Carrying out machine learning, data extracting and loading data in data warehouses, in order to support Park7 software, data access, modifications, and operations.
- Communications to set up demos of our Websites. This includes:
For marketing purposes, such as engaging with prospective End Users who have expressed an interest in our properties or services;
Administering account access to our Websites;
Responding to your inquiries.
- Providing you with our marketing materials for the purpose of our legitimate interest. This may include:
Communications to tailor our content, advertisements, and offers;
Sending you marketing related emails, with information, properties and other news about our company;
Aggregating and/or anonymizing or de-identifying Personal Data so that it will no longer be considered Personal Data, for the purpose of our legitimate interest (to anonymize and aggregate for business purposes). We do so to generate other data for our use, which we may use and disclose for any purpose, as it no longer identifies you or any other individual. Where we maintain or use de-identified data, we will continue to maintain and use the de-identified data only in a de-identified fashion and will not attempt to re-identify the data.
- Carrying out general organizational activities, for the purpose of our legitimate interest and where necessary to comply with our legal obligations. This includes:
Fraud prevention and fraud security monitoring, prevent breach of policies or terms, and threats or harm;
Determine your location and manage digital content rights (e.g., territory restrictions);
Data analysis, for example, to improve the efficiency of our services;
Audits to address legal, regulatory, or contractual requirements;
Enhancing, improving, repairing, maintaining, or modifying our current services;
- Facilitate, manage, personalize, and improve your online experience;
- Fulfill other purposes disclosed at the time you provide Personal Data or otherwise where we are legally permitted or are required to do so.
How We Disclose Personal Data
We may disclose each of the categories of Personal Data identified herein to the respectively identified categories of recipients for operational or business purposes consistent with the purposes for collection or use designated, as is reasonably necessary and proportionate to achieve those purposes, or for another purpose that is compatible with the context in which the Personal Data was collected including, but not limited to:
- Our Affiliates. We may disclose Personal Data to any of our subsidiaries and affiliates within the Park7 corporate group, including but not limited to Entrata. Specifically, we will share Personal Data with our subsidiaries if applicable. We do not share any SMS or other contact information of End Users with Park7 affiliates or subsidiaries. Any opt-in collected by Park7 is collected on behalf of Park7 and its affiliates, and therefore the sharing of such opt-in or the underlying contact information is only done at the direction of Park7;
- Service Providers. We may disclose Personal Data to our service providers who perform certain services necessary to run our business (for example, data hosting and development, data analysis, customer service, auditing and other services), including but not limited to Entrata, provided that these service providers have entered into legally binding agreements with us to protect the Personal Data shared, limit their use, retention, and disclosure of the Personal Data, and assist us with our compliance requirements;
- Legal Request. We may disclose Personal Data to comply with applicable law and our regulatory monitoring and reporting obligations (which may include laws outside your country of residence), to respond to requests from public and government authorities (which may include authorities outside your country of residence), to cooperate with law enforcement, or for other legal reasons;
- Business Transfer. We may disclose Personal Data to a third party in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Park7’s assets, business, or stock, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, receivership, or similar proceeding in which Personal Data held by Park7 are among the assets to be transferred;
- Application Programming Interface (“API”) Transfer. We may disclose Personal Data through API to third parties, including but not limited to Entrata. All API transfers are governed by agreements between Park7 and the third party requesting API access, and all data usage and processing is governed by our agreements with such third parties;
- Enforcement of Our or Others’ Rights. We may disclose Personal Data to external parties the extent that this is necessary to enforce or protect our rights, privacy, safety or property, and/or that of our affiliates, you, or others, including enforcing our Terms of Use and any other agreements (such as for billing and collection purposes and fraud prevention);
- Auditing ads;
- Helping to ensure security and integrity;
- Debugging, repairing, and improving functionality;
- Short-term, transient use;
- Performing services on our behalf;
- Providing advertising and marketing services, as applicable;
- Internal research for technological development; and
- Verifying quality and/or safety.
In addition to the other purposes for collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Data described in this Policy, we may collect, use, and disclose Personal Data as required by law, regulation or court order; to respond to governmental and/or law enforcement requests; to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interfering with our or others’ rights or property; to support any actual or threatened claim, defense or declaration in a case or before any jurisdictional and/or administrative authority, arbitration or mediation panel; or in connection with disciplinary actions/investigations.
Information Shared with Third Parties
Except as restricted by law, this Privacy Policy, or any other representation Park7 makes to you, Park7 may share non-Personal Data, and Personal Data where Park7 is not aware of restrictions on its use, if any, with third parties or Park7 affiliates for any purpose. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, we and third parties may convert your Personal Data to non-Personal Data, including without limitation through hashing it or substituting a unique identifier for the Personal Data and we and third parties may use and share that data as permitted by applicable law, including to match data attributes to and from other sources. Any such third-party activities are subject to their privacy policies and practices. Park7’s sharing of Personal Data is, however, subject to the following:
Marketing Efforts: Subject to your communications choices, and the state-specific rights of residents, we may use your Personal Data to send you marketing communications. Park7 will not share your Personal Data with third parties, other than affiliates, for their own direct marketing purposes, except in connection with a Corporate Transaction (defined in this section), absent your consent.
Via Your Disclosure or Consent: As more fully discussed herein related to Third-Party Services and publicly disclosed information, your activities on the Website may result in the sharing of Personal Data with third parties and by engaging in these activities you consent to that and further sharing and disclosure to third parties. Such third-party data receipt and collection is subject to the privacy and business practices of that third party, not Park7.
Park7 may also share any information about you (including, without limitation, Personal Data) for any purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy, or our written statements at the point of collection, and otherwise not prohibited by applicable law, including, without limitation:
- Park7s’ agents, vendors, consultants, and other service providers (collectively “Service Providers”) may receive, or be given access to, your information, including, without limitation, Personal Data, demographic information, and Website usage information, in connection with their work on Park7’s behalf, provided however, Park7 does not authorize its Service Providers to use Personal Data provided by Park7 to send you direct marketing messages other than related to Park7’s and its affiliates absent your consent.
- To comply with the law, law enforcement or other legal process, and, where permitted, in response to a government request; and
- If Park7 believes your actions are inconsistent with our terms of use, user agreements, applicable terms or policies, or to protect the rights, property, life, health, security and safety of Park7, the Website or its End Users, or any third party.
In addition, Park7 may share your Personal Data in connection with or during negotiations of any proposed or actual financing of our business, or merger, purchase, sale, joint venture, or any other type of acquisition or business combination of all or any portion of Park7’s assets, or transfer of all or a portion of our business to another company, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding (“Corporate Transaction”).
Children
We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of sixteen (16) without authorization by a holder of parental responsibility.
Park7 does not intend to collect personal information as defined by the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) (“Children’s Personal Information”) in a manner that is not permitted by COPPA. If we obtain knowledge that we have collected Children’s Personal Information in a manner prohibited by COPPA, we will remove such data to the extent required by COPPA.

How We Protect Your Personal Information
We seek to use commercially reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures to protect Personal Data within our organization. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please immediately notify us in accordance with the “Contact Us” section below.
Where we collect your payment card information, we will comply with all applicable Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS).
Retaining Your Personal Information
We retain personal information for as long as needed or permitted in light of the purpose(s) for which they were obtained and consistent with applicable law. The criteria used to determine our retention periods include:
The length of time we have an ongoing relationship with you or our End User, and provide the use of our Websites to you or our End User (for example, for as long as you have an account with us or keep using the Websites);
Whether there is a legal obligation to which we are subject (for example, certain laws require us to keep records of your transactions for a certain period of time before we can delete them); or
Whether retention is advisable in light of our legal position (such as in regard to applicable statutes of limitations, litigation or regulatory investigations).
Choices Regarding Your Information
We give you choices regarding our use and disclosure of your Personal Data for marketing purposes. You may opt out from:
Receiving marketing-related emails from us. If you no longer want to receive marketing related emails from us on a going-forward basis, you may opt out by following the “unsubscribe” option contained in any such email.
Receiving other promotional text communications, like SMS. If you no longer want to receive marketing related texts, you may opt out by replying "STOP" to any message you may receive from us.
Third-Party Services
Park7’s Websites may include links to API’s, other applications, plug-ins, software, other websites, applications or services operated by third parties (“Third-Party Services”). These Third-Party Services may collect information about you, including Personal Data. Park7 is not responsible for, and makes no representations regarding, the policies or business practices of any third parties, including, without limitation, service providers and Third-Party Services associated with the Websites, and encourages you to familiarize yourself and consult the third parties’ privacy policies and terms of use.
Keeping Your Information Updated
It is up to you to keep your Personal Data up to date. You can update your Personal Data by logging into your account.

Information For California Consumers
This notice is provided pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (the “CCPA”), and describes how and why Park7, its affiliates, and subsidiaries collects, uses, and discloses Personal Data of California End Users, the rights afforded to you by the CCPA, and how to exercise those rights. This Notice does not apply to California job applicants, current and former employees, contractors, or beneficiaries. If you are a California consumer and interacted with us in one of these capacities, please contact us as provided below for more information. In this section of the Privacy Policy, we provide supplemental information to California residents about our collection, use, disclosure and other processing of their Personal Data.
Your California Privacy Rights
California residents have certain privacy rights detailed in our California Consumer Privacy Notification. To the extent that there is a conflict between this Privacy Policy and the California Consumer Privacy Notification, the California Consumer Privacy Notification will control.
This section details which categories of Personal Data we collect and process, as well as which categories of Personal Data we disclose to third parties for our operational business purposes, including within the twelve (12) months preceding the date this Privacy Policy was last updated. We do not sell Personal Data, and we do not share or otherwise process Personal Data for purposes of cross-context behavioral, as defined under applicable law. We have not engaged in such activities in the 12 months preceding the date this Privacy Policy was last updated. Without limiting the foregoing, we do not sell or share the Personal Data of minors under 16 years of age.
California’s “Shine the Light” law permits California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Data to third parties or affiliates for their own direct marketing purposes. We do not share Personal Data with third parties or affiliates for those third parties’ or affiliates’ own direct marketing purposes. California consumers have the right to:
- Identifiers, such as including real name, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, Internet Protocol address, email address, account name, social security number, driver’s license number, state ID number, passport number, or other similar identifiers or online identifiers. Disclosed to affiliates; service providers; contest sponsors; legal authorities; other parties in litigation for operational business purposes.
- Personal information as defined in the California customer records law, such as name, contact information; financial account number; employment insurance, and financial information. Disclosed to affiliates; service providers; contest sponsors; legal authorities; other parties in litigation for operational business purposes.
- Commercial Information, such as transaction, sales, information and lease or purchase history, including leases or purchases considered, histories or tendencies, supplier information. Disclosed to affiliates; service providers; contest sponsors; legal authorities; other parties in litigation for operational business purposes.
- Biometric Information, such as voiceprints and faceprints. Disclosed to affiliates; service providers for operational business purposes.
- Internet or network activity information, such as interactions with our online properties or marketing communications. Disclosed to affiliates; service providers for operational business purposes.
- Audio/Video Data. Audio, electronic, visual, and similar information, such as call and video recordings. Disclosed to affiliates; service providers for operational business purposes.
- Employment Information. Professional or employment-related information, such as employer and job title. Disclosed to affiliates; service providers for operational business purposes.
- Inferences drawn from any of the Personal Data listed above to create a profile about, for example, an individual’s preferences, characteristics. Disclosed to affiliates; service providers for operational business purposes.
Individual Requests
Note: To the extent your request relates to information collected through the website or Websites, please contact us and/or review our privacy notices.
- Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of Personal Data that we have collected about you; Request disclosure of the categories of sources from which we have collected Personal Data about you;
- Disclosure of the business or commercial purpose(s) for which your Personal Data has been collected;
- Receive a list of the categories of third parties to which we have disclosed your Personal Data;
- Request that we delete any Personal Date we have collected from you (subject to exceptions).
- Request that we correct inaccuracies in your Personal Data.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of the Individual rights granted herein.
- Designate an authorized agent to exercise any of the Individual rights granted above, on your behalf.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you exercising your rights under California law. To exercise any of your rights as a California resident, you should contact us directly by sending an email to info@park7group.com or contacting us in accordance with the “Contact Us” section below.
If an agent would like to make a request on your behalf as permitted under applicable law, the agent may use the same submission method noted in this section. Before complying with your request, we may need to verify that it is you that is making the request. To accomplish this, you (or your authorized agent) may be requested to (1) confirm specific pieces of Personal Data that we already know about you, or (2) provide us with appropriate identification depending on the sensitivity of the information requested. As part of our verification process, we may request that the agent provide, as applicable, proof concerning his or her status as an authorized agent. In addition, we may require that you confirm that you provided the agent permission to submit the request. If you make a request to delete, we may ask you to confirm your request before we delete your Personal Data.
California residents are limited to two requests for Personal Data per twelve-month period. In some instances, we may decline to honor your request where the law or right you are invoking does not apply or where an exception applies.
We do not disclose Personal Data to third parties, except to our wholly owned subsidiaries, for direct marketing purposes. California residents who wish to opt-out of the sharing on a go-forward basis may contact us in accordance with the "Contact Us" section below.

Information for Nevada consumers
Although we do not “sell” “covered information” of Nevada “consumers” as those terms are defined by Chapter 603A of the Nevada Revised Statutes, you may contact us and register an e-mail contact address for us to provide you notice in the event we should do so in the future, at which point you will have an opportunity to be verified and exercise your opt-out rights under that law. Contact us in the same manner to update your contact email for notices. Changing your email elsewhere (e.g., informational requests, account information, etc.) will not update your Nevada notice contact information. It is your responsibility to keep your notice contact information current.
Information for Connecticut consumers
Connecticut law requires any person or entity that collects Social Security numbers from Connecticut consumers to create a privacy policy and publish or display it publicly. It is Park7’s policy to protect the confidentiality of Social Security numbers in our possession from inappropriate disclosure by maintaining and enforcing this Privacy Policy and to implement physical and electronic safeguards against misuse and improper disclosure. Unlawful disclosure of Social Security numbers is prohibited, and access to them is limited to personnel who need access to such information in order to perform their job functions.
Communications concerning Promotions
Park7 may offer promotions, contests or sweepstakes (“Promotions”), including Promotions jointly sponsored or offered by third parties, which may require submitting Personal Data. If you voluntarily choose to enter Promotions, your information, including Personal Data may be disclosed to Park7, co-sponsors, Service Providers, and other third parties, including for administrative purposes and as required by law (e.g., on a winners list). By entering, you are agreeing to the official rules that govern that Promotions, which may include consent to additional or differing data practices from those contained in this Privacy Policy.
Notice regarding financial incentives
Park7 may offer a financial incentive such as a gift card or merchandise to consumers who choose to sign up for additional information about our properties, to register as an active sales lead, to visit one of our properties for a tour, or sign a lease. Participation in these activities requires you to provide some Personal Data, such as your identifiers and other information. These incentives are designed to encourage participants to visit our properties or sign a lease.
We have made a good faith estimate that the value of this Personal Data provided in connection with our incentives is equivalent to the relevant expenses related to the collection and retention of that Personal Data. Any difference in price or benefits provided to participants who receive an incentive is reasonably related to the value of the Personal Data provided.
